Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 c. plain flour
2 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
6 tsp. soda
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix together Raisin Bran, flour, salt, sugar and soda.
Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix well.
Pour into greased/floured muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Store unused batter in tight container until ready to use.
Will keep in refrigerator 6 weeks.
