Daniel'S Favorite Mussels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mussels, scrubbed and beards removed if necessary
    1 can pasta ready tomatoes (14.5 oz. Contadina tomatoes with garlic and olive oil)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Clean mussels.
    Heat tomatoes to boiling; add wine and return to boil.
    Add mussels; boil covered on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes, until mussels open.
    Serve with broth in large bowls with bread to sop broth.
