Chicken - Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken, can use breasts
    1 1/2 c. broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream celery soup
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
Preparation
    Stew chicken, remove from bone, reserve 1 1/2 cup broth. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 oven proof dish.
    Mix soups, butter, and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
    Cover with stuffing mix, pour broth over all.
    Bake 350\u00b0 covered 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
