Shrimp And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
    8 oz. cooked shrimp
    1 jar Cheez Whiz (jalapeno or regular)
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms
    lemon
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare wild rice according to directions.
    Dice onion and green pepper.
    Saute in butter.
    Slice mushrooms and add; saute for 3 more minutes.
    Add cooked rice, mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz. Stir well.
    Add shrimp, white wine and fresh lemon juice.
    Season with pepper.
    Place in casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
