Virginia'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split
    1 (8 oz.) bottle red Russian dressing
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Marinate breasts in it overnight.
    Cook covered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Turn chicken once.
