Cinnamon Tea Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    cream of tartar
    1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. granulated sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1 Tbsp. sweet butter, whipped
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and cream of tartar and set aside.
    Using electric mixer on high speed in large mixing bowl, cream 1/4 cup sugar, the margarine and butter.
    Add egg and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
