Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lean pork chops, 1-inch thick, boneless
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Coat pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt.
    Brown on both sides in hot oil in large skillet. Put pork chops in crock-pot.
    Add chicken soup.
    Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
