Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cover sugar, water and cream of tartar.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Take cover off and cook until golden.
    Take off stove.
    Add butter and soda and pour over corn.
    Spread and dry.
