Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    3 1/2 cups presifted plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the eggs and sugar.
    Slowly add oil; set aside.
    Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add dry to creamed mixture.
    Add zucchini.
    Fold in raisins, walnuts and vanilla.
    Pour into lightly greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
