Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew meat, diced
1 medium onion, minced
1 c. celery, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Cook until meat is brown.
Add onion and celery and continue cooking until celery is tender. Combine with bean sprouts, soup and half noodles and transfer to a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining noodles.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
