Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar (white)
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Soak sliced cucumbers in 1 tablespoon salt and water.
    Soak 1 hour, then drain and add sugar, vinegar, celery seed and turmeric. Cover and leave in container overnight.
    Stir about 2 or 3 times. Next morning, uncover and mix well; put in freezer bags.
