Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. crawfish
    3 sticks oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    2 bell peppers
    3 stalks celery
    3 garlic pods
    3 onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 pt. half and half
    5 oz. Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    16 oz. fettucini noodles
Preparation
    Boil noodles until tender (do not overcook), then drain.
    Chop vegetables and garlic; saute in oleo (all except parsley) and add flour and cook 5 minutes.
    Add half and half and Velveeta cheese. Cook until bubbles; pour into one extra large or two medium size casserole dishes.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Add Parmesan and cook another 15 minutes.
