Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsweetened pear halves
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cold water
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin
    1 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Drain pears, reserving juice.
    In bowl, mash pears and stir in cream cheese (softened) until well blended.
    In small saucepan, bring pear juice to boil.
    Pour into a clean medium bowl.
    Add gelatin and water; stir in pears.
    Whisk in topping.
    Pour mixture into a mold.
    Chill overnight.
