Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans Veg-All (no salt added)
32 oz. V8 (low sodium)
1 can potatoes, cut into quarters
1 can beans, peas or lima beans
1 can beef broth (low sodium)
1 can corn
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together ingredients. Simmer on medium low heat until hot. Serve with grilled cheese sandwich, using wheat bread and 2% shredded cheese, and apple slices.
