Cheese Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops (boneless is best)
fresh garlic
butter or oleo
seasoned bread crumbs
sharp Cheddar
Rice-A-Roni Spanish rice mix
Preparation

Rub chops with fresh grated garlic.
Press bread crumbs into chops.
Brown in butter.
Set aside.
Prepare rice in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
When about 1/2 of water is absorbed, lay browned chops on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover, add shredded cheese over rice and chops.
Cook until cheese is bubbly.
Serve.
