Low-Fat Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 ripe bananas
    1/2 c. milk (nut, soy or other nondairy)
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/3 c. flour (barley, oat or whole wheat)
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a bowl, chop bananas.
    Add milk, sweetener, vanilla and water.
    Mix well.
    Over this, sprinkle flour, then baking soda. Stir this into liquid and spoon into muffin tins.
    Makes 11 to 12 muffins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
