Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish fillets (we prefer catfish, but any type will do)
    seasoned bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    vegetable oil
    malt vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash, drain and pat fish dry with paper towel.
    Lightly oil both sides of fish.
    Thoroughly coat both sides of fish with mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake fish about 30 minutes.
    Serve with sprinkles of malt vinegar.
