Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, brown and drain
1 can Ranch-Style beans
1/2 to 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (1 can makes real hot)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
6 to 8 flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix hamburger meat with beans.
Mix tomatoes and soup together.
Start with 3 or 4 shells in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add or cover shells with 1/2 meat mixture, then soup mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
Repeat with shells and mixtures.
Add Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This is my grandkids favorite.
