Hot Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1 (16 oz.) can Cajun style tomato sauce
1 c. cayenne pepper sauce (Red Devil, red hot)
1/2 c. olive oil
McCormick Hot Shot black and red pepper blend
Preparation

Cut each chicken wing at the joint, discarding wing tip. Place in large bowl; mix together sauce and oil.
Pour over chicken wings and mix to coat well.
Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
Place wings in single layer in large baking pan and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake in hot 425\u00b0 oven.
Turn frequently with spatula for even browning.
