Sherry'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
bacon bits
2 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Wash, de-eye potatoes, leave on skins and boil until done. Rinse with cold water and cool.
Grate potatoes.
In same bowl, add sour cream, butter, bacon bits, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle more bacon bits and cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown as desired.
