Fresh Strawberry Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. soft shortening
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. crushed fresh or frozen strawberries (including juice)

Preparation

Blend until fluffy and good spreading consistency.
Add additional crushed berries if icing appears too thick.
