Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup (may use celery soup)
    1 stick butter, melted (can use 2 Tbsp. corn oil)
    1 c. sour cream (may use light sour cream)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (save 1 cup grated cheese to sprinkle on top) and put in large greased casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
