Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 large c. rhubarb, cut fine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together 1 cup white sugar, brown sugar and shortening. Add the egg.
Add alternately sour milk, flour and soda.
Stir in the rhubarb.
Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
