Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of soda
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugars, soda and milk in saucepan.
    Bring to boil, lower heat and cook until it forms soft ball in cold water.
    Add butter, vanilla and pecans.
    Beat until creamy.
    Drop rapidly from a spoon onto waxed paper or an oiled platter to form patties.
    If mixture becomes too stiff, place pan in hot water for little while.
    Makes about 1 dozen pralines.
