Mound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. cocoa, dissolved in small amount of water
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco; add cocoa mixture.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla; pour into 3 layer cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
