Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
    2 (4.5 oz.) jars baby food sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. walnuts
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine carrots, pineapple, sweet potatoes, egg whites and sugars.
    Mix well.
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Coat dates and walnuts with a small amount of flour mixture.
    Combine flour mixture with carrot mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add dates and walnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a greased and lightly floured Bundt pan.
    Store in refrigerator.
