Mango Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 c. mango, chopped fine
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add nuts and mix well.
Make a well in the dry ingredients. Beat eggs.
Add vanilla and oil.
Mix well.
Add egg mixture into the well.
Stir just enough to moisten.
Add mango; mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and let ingredients stand for 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
