Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 oz. water
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and blend.
    Add food coloring, water and cocoa.
    Blend in buttermilk; add flour gradually.
    Add vanilla and heat until mixed.
    Mix vinegar and soda and stir in last; do not beat.
    Pour into three 9-inch pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Frost with Fluff Frosting.
