Red Devil Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. franks
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chili sauce
Preparation

Cook onion and garlic in fat over low heat until onion is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add all other ingredients.
Continue heating until flavors are well blended. Split franks halfway through lengths.
Lay split side up in pan or baking dish.
Spoon sauce over franks and heat until broiler until tender.
