Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten one at a time
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and salad oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Add carrots and beat one minute.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
