Chicken Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery, sliced
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. water
3 chicken breasts, split and skinned
Preparation

Place rice in greased 10 x 8-inch baking dish, cover with vegies and seasonings.
Combine soup and mayonnaise gradually. Add water until well blended.
Pour 1/2 soup mixture on.
Top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
