Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, oil, squash and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Add nuts. Divide into 2 greased bread pans or muffin tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
