Breakfast Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned (Mrs. Jones original)
    6 slices bread, toasted and cubed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and crumble. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and spread bread. Sprinkle sausage over bread cubes. Beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and cheese together. Pour over bread/sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
