Vanilla Cream Pudding With Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strawberries, sliced (reserve 4 berries for garnish)
    6 oz. kiwi fruit, pared and sliced
    1/2 c. raspberries (reserve 4 for garnish)
    1 c. skim milk
    1 envelope (four 1/2-c. servings) reduced calorie vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    4 mint sprigs
Preparation
    In blender, mix milk, pudding, yogurt and vanilla and blend until smooth.
    Mix all fruits.
    Layer 4 dessert dishes, alternating with pudding and fruit, ending with pudding.
    Top with 1 raspberry, 1 strawberry and kiwi.
    Garnish with orange peel and mint.
    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
    Serves 4. Contains 110 calories, 1 gm fat and 384 mg sodium.
