Juicy Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1 egg
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Form into 2 inch meat balls.
    Brown\ton
    all sides in hot shortening.\tPlace in casserole.
    Bake
    in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.\tMakes 12 meat balls.
