Cinnamon Rolls In A Jiffy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. flour
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
    1/2 oz. fast-rising yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water in large bowl; mix well.
    Add enough remaining flour to form soft dough.
    Knead lightly on floured surface for 6 to 8 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
    Pat into 9 x 18-inch rectangle.
    Spread with margarine; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up from long edge to enclose filling, sealing edge and ends.
    Cut into 1-inch slices.
    Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Let rise, covered, in warm place for 15 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until brown.
    May frost with confectioners sugar icing.
    Yields 18.
