Cheese Tortellini With Tomatoes And Non-Fat Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
    4 medium tomatoes, diced (keep seeds and juice)
    1/3 c. scallions thinly sliced (the green part)
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 5 oz. each)
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Pound the chicken breasts to flatten slightly.
    Combine mustard and wine in shallow dish.
    Stir to blend.
