Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch glass dish.
    Place chicken in a dish. Blend together soup and milk.
    Place cheese on chicken; cover with soup mixture.
    Top with croutons, bread crumbs or Ritz crackers. Bake, covered with foil, for 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
