Peanut Butter Crunch Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. crushed peanut brittle
Preparation
    Cook egg whites, brown sugar, cream of tartar and water over boiling water for 7 minutes or until icing holds peaks.
    Beat constantly with beater.
    Remove from heat; beat until cool. Sprinkle crushed peanut brittle over top of frosted cake.
