3 Week Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Put into a covered bowl and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
    When you want biscuits, just grease your hands.
    Break off pieces of dough and form into biscuits.
    Put on a greased pan or cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 or 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
