Shrimp And Cashew Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lb. medium sized shrimp (uncooked)
    1 medium onion, slivered
    6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1/4 lb. pea pods
    1/3 c. dry roasted cashews
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. shredded fresh spinach
Preparation
    Cook brown rice. Shell and devein the shrimp; set aside.
