Chinese Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. fresh pork butt
Preparation
    Mash garlic.
    Mix with soy sauce, sugar and salt. Cut pork butt into 3 pieces, lengthwise.
    Put meat in a shallow dish.
    Pour garlic mixture over meat.
    Let meat stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Turn meat a few times. Remove meat from dish.
    Lay pieces on a rack in an uncovered pan.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Serve hot or cold.
