Spinach Fandango - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 8-oz. can mushrooms
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup olive oil or salad oil
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 pound Mozzarella or Jack cheese or Longhorn Cheddar
Preparation

Combine in large skillet beef, chopped onions, mushrooms, garlic, oregano and oil.
Brown and add salt and pepper. Place spinach on top and steam until mixable.
Mix the partially cooked ingredients in a medium casserole plus the soup and sour cream. Garnish with cheese. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
