Orange-Basil Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
    1/2 c. canned chicken broth
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. chopped basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. grated orange rind
    3 c. hot, cooked whole wheat linguine, cooked without salt or fat
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    fresh orange slices (optional)
    fresh basil sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in small saucepan. Stir well. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Add chopped basil and orange rind. Stir well.
    Pour over linguine.
    Toss gently to coat.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Garnish with orange slices and basil sprigs. Yields 6 servings.
