Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion
    2 lb. chopped zucchini
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute onions in olive oil in skillet.
    Add zucchini, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    In bowl, mix eggs, cheese, parsley, rice and thyme.
    Combine all ingredients in a baking dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Drizzle a little olive oil over top.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes.
