Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium onion
    2 green peppers, chopped fine
    A.1. sauce to taste
    Worcestershire to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Make sure mixture is moist.
    Shape into small individual loaves and brown in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Pour broth from pan into saucepan and add chopped onions, plus beef stock, making a gravy.
    Pour over loaves.
    Return to oven at 250\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour.
