Easy Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped broccoli or cauliflower (10 oz. frozen)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain.
Mix with onion, pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate.
Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes, at 400\u00b0.
The Bisquick forms a crust.
