Beef Brisket On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) beef brisket
    1 (6 oz.) can orange juice, thawed
    1 can beer
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 (28 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix orange juice, beer and Italian dressing.
    Pour over meat. Cover and marinate for 2 days.
    Add barbecue sauce to marinade and brush on meat.
    Seal in foil and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn and cook for 1 1/2 hours more.
    Remove from foil and continue to cook until slightly crusty.
