"Hot" Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. roast
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 qt. kraut
    1/2 pt. hot peppers
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Sprinkle garlic powder and meat tenderizer on roast.
    Pour in enough water to cover roast about 1/2 inch.
    Cook on high for 4 hours.
    Add potatoes.
    Cook on high for 2 more hours.
    Add hot peppers and kraut.
    Cook on high for 1 more hour.
    Serve.
