Derek'S Pop-Pop'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomatoes, peeled (14 1/2 oz.)
    3 cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
    1 can kidney beans (15 1/4 oz.)
    1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
    2 c. chopped white onions
    1 1/2 c. green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. lean ground meat
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and pepper in skillet until medium-well done.
    Add salt, pepper and Tabasco.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
    Add kidney beans and simmer for 15 more minutes.
